Fairfield Realty Management Corporation has been in business in the greater Lima area since 1990 managing office and retail space.  The company’s offices are located at 209 N. Main Street on the 2nd floor.  Over the span of ten years, Fairfield Realty has managed the renovation of substantially all of the 9 story building at 209 North Main Street and transformed what was Lima’s first skyscraper into modern, beautiful office suites.

Fairfield Realty has been actively involved in Downtown Lima Inc, a group of downtown businesses whose mission is to promote downtown.  This involvement has kept Fairfield Realty on the cutting edge of what is happening in the business community.  Along with membership in the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce and The Better Business Bureau, Fairfield Realty is able to advise you on the climate of the business community and assist you in relocating your business in Lima to an appropriate location. 

Fairfield Realty has also managed properties in other parts of Ohio and in Michigan and Indiana.  At this time, we are concentrating our efforts in the Lima area with 2 office buildings located at 209 N. Main Street, and 1518 N. Main Street and with retail space located at the corner of Market and Metcalf Streets.
